(Nasdaq: NTGN), a clinical-stage immuno-oncology company developing neoantigen-based therapeutics, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,250,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $16.00 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions.
