Limoneira (LMNR) Prices Upsized 2.72M Offering of Common Stock at $22/Share
June 21, 2018 7:05 AM EDTLimoneira Company (Nasdaq: LMNR), a diversified citrus packing, sales and marketing company with related agribusiness activities and real estate development operations, announced today the upsizing and pricing of its previously announced underwritten registered public offering of 2,727,272 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $22.00 per share, for total gross proceeds of approximately $60 million. The net proceeds, after underwriting discounts, but before estimated expenses of the offering payable by the Company, are expected to be approximately $56 million. Limoneira (LMNR) Reports Accretive Chilean Acquisition
June 20, 2018 4:23 PM EDTLimoneira Company (the Company or Limoneira) (Nasdaq: LMNR), a diversified citrus packing, sales and marketing company with related agribusiness activities and real estate development operations, announced today that it has entered into an agreement in the form of a binding memorandum of understanding to acquire a ranch and related assets of Fruticola San Pablo S.A (San Pablo) in La Serena, Chile for $13 million subject to satisfactory due diligence to be further conducted by the Company.
