NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of CYS Investments, Inc. (NYSE: CYS) (the Company) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.22 per share of common stock for the second quarter of 2018. The common stock dividend will be paid on July 11, 2018 to stockholders of record of common stock on June 22, 2018.
