CSW Industrials Reports Fiscal Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2018 Results

Fourth quarter 2018 revenue from continuing operations increased 9.2% (6.6% organic growth and 2.6% inorganic growth) to $83.5 million, compared to the prior year period of $76.4 million. Full year 2018 revenue from continuing operations increased 13.5% (7.8% organic growth and 5.7% inorganic growth) to $326.2 million, compared to the prior year period of $287.5 million.Fourth quarter 2018 reported operating income from continuing operations increased 65.6% to $10.6 million compared to the prior year period of $6.4 million.Fourth quarter 2018 reported earnings per share from continuing operations of $0.68, compared to the prior year period of $0.21.Fourth quarter 2018 adjusted earnings per share...
