Advanced Drainage Systems Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

HILLIARD, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. (NYSE: WMS) (ADS or the Company), a leading global manufacturer of water management products and solutions for commercial, residential, infrastructure and agricultural applications, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend to its shareholders in the amount of $0.08 per share.

The quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share will be paid on June 15, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 5, 2018.
