Cracker Barrel Reports Results For Third Quarter Fiscal 2018, Increases Quarterly Dividend And Declares Special Dividend
May 22, 2018 8:00 AM EDTLEBANON, Tenn., May 22, 2018 /PRNewswire/ --Â Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. ("Cracker Barrel" or the "Company") (Nasdaq:Â CBRL) today reported its financial results for the third quarter of fiscal 2018 ended April 27, 2018.
Third Quarter Fiscal 2018 Highlights
Comparable restaurant sales growth of 1.5% and traffic of -1.3% outperformed the casual dining industry. Net income was $48.7 million, a 3.9% increase over prior year third quarter net income of $46.9 million.
