Chubb Shareholders Approve 25th Consecutive Annual Dividend Increase; Board Declares Record Date for First Dividend Installment; All Other Shareholder Proposals Approved
May 17, 2018 10:03 AM EDTZURICH, May 17, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Chubb Limited (NYSE: CB) announced today its shareholders have approved all matters submitted to the Chubb Limited 2018 Annual General Meeting, held at the company's offices in Zurich, Switzerland. Shareholders approved a 3% increase in the company's dividend to $2.92 per share annually ($0.73 per share, per quarter) from $2.84 per share ($0.71 per share, per quarter). This marks the twenty-fifth consecutive annual increase in the company's dividend.Â
