HUYA Inc. Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

("Huya" or the "Company") (NYSE: HUYA), a leading game live streaming platform in China, today announced that it has priced its initial public offering of 15,000,000 American depositary shares ("ADSs"), at US$12.0 per ADS for a total offering size of approximately US$180.0 million, assuming the underwriters do not exercise their over-allotment option to purchase additional ADSs.
