Pinnacle Bankshares Corporation Increases Cash Dividend
May 9, 2018 1:01 PM EDTALTAVISTA, Va., May 09, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Pinnacle Bankshares Corporation (the Company) (OTCQX: PPBN), the one-bank holding company for First National Bank (the Bank), announced today that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.11 per share on May 8, 2018 payable June 1, 2018 to shareholders of record as of May 18, 2018.Â
