Allergan Declares Second Quarter 2018 Cash Dividend of $0.72 Per Ordinary Share
May 3, 2018 4:30 PM EDTDUBLIN, May 3, 2018 /PRNewswire/ --Â Allergan plc (NYSE: AGN) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.72 per ordinary share for the second quarter of 2018. The dividend will be paid on June 15, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 18, 2018.
