Universal Display Corporation Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.06 per Share
May 3, 2018 4:03 PM EDTEWING, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Universal Display Corporation (Nasdaq: OLED), enabling energy-efficient displays and lighting with its UniversalPHOLED® technology and materials, today announced that its Board of Directors approved a second quarter cash dividend of $0.06 per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend is payable on June 29, 2018 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 15, 2018. Future dividends will be subject to Board approval.
