Aspen Declares Dividends on Ordinary Shares and Preference Shares
May 2, 2018 12:03 PM EDTHAMILTON, Bermuda--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited (Aspen) (NYSE: AHL) has declared a quarterly cash dividend on Aspens ordinary shares of $0.24 per ordinary share. The dividend is payable on June 5, 2018 to the holders of record as of the close of business on May 18, 2018.
Aspens Board of Directors also declared a dividend on its 5.95% Fixed-to-Floating Rate Perpetual Non-Cumulative Preference Shares with a $25 liquidation preference per share (the 5.95% Preference Shares) of $0.3719 per 5.95% Preference Share.
