NexPoint Residential Trust (NXRT) Tops Q1 EPS by 2c, Slight Miss on Revenues

NexPoint Residential Trust (NYSE: NXRT) reported Q1 EPS of $0.47, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.45. Revenue for the quarter came in at $35.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $36.06 million.
