CorEnergy Declares Common and Preferred Dividends and Schedules Earnings Release for First Quarter 2018
April 25, 2018 4:31 PM EDTKANSAS CITY, Mo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CorEnergy Infrastructure Trust, Inc. (NYSE: CORR, CORRPrA) ("CorEnergy" or the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors declared a first quarter 2018 dividend of $0.75 per share (or $3.00 per share annualized) for its common stock. The dividend is payable on May 31, 2018, to shareholders of record on May 17, 2018.
The Board of Directors also declared a cash dividend of $0.4609375 per depositary share for the Companys 7.375% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock.
