NXP Semiconductors (NXPI) on Watch as China Tells Qualcomm (QCOM) to Do More to Clinch Deal
April 19, 2018 7:05 AM EDTNXP Semiconductors (NASDAQ: NXPI) shares on watch as a commerce ministry spokesman said Qualcomm (NASDAQ: QCOM) will have to do more to complete its proposed takeover of NXP, according to Reuters.
The minister said China will review the deal "in a fair manner", he added.
