ORBCOMM Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Stock
April 6, 2018 9:28 AM EDTROCHELLE PARK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- ORBCOMM Inc. (Nasdaq: ORBC), a global provider of industrial Internet of Things (IoT) solutions, announced today that it priced its underwritten public offering (the Offering) of 3,000,000 shares of its common stock, par value $0.001 per share, at a price of $8.60 per share. In connection with the Offering, ORBCOMM has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 450,000 shares.
