Arbor Realty Trust Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2017 Results and Increases Quarterly Dividend 11% to $0.21 per Share

-     GAAP net income of $0.35 and AFFO of $0.25 per diluted common share1-     Declares a cash dividend on common stock of $0.21 per share, a 24% increase in our dividend from a year ago and 11% higher than last quarter
