February 21, 2018 1:51 PM ESTQualcomm Incorporated (NASDAQ: QCOM) today issued the following statement in response to today's reduced proposal by Broadcom Limited (NASDAQ: AVGO) to acquire all outstanding shares of Qualcomm for $79.00 per share ($57.00 in cash and $22.00 in Broadcom stock):

Qualcomm (QCOM) PT Lowered to $68 at Stifel; Lower Offer Could Drive Shareholders to Vote for Dissident Directors
