Genpact Limited Announces Increase in Quarterly Dividend
February 12, 2018 4:01 PM ESTNEW YORK, Feb. 12, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Genpact Limited (NYSE: G), a global professional services firm focused on delivering digital transformation for clients, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a 25% increase in its quarterly cash dividend, representing a planned annual dividend of $0.30 per common share, increased from $0.24 per common share. The Board of Directors has also declared a first quarter dividend of $0.075 per common share, increased from the $0.06 per common share quarterly dividends paid in 2017.  The first quarter dividend is payable on March 21, 2018 to...
