(NASDAQ: ISBC) ("Company"), the holding company for Investors Bank ("Bank"), reported a net loss of $4.8 million, or $0.02 per share, for the three months ended December 31, 2017. The net loss for the three months ended December 31, 2017 includes a $49.2 million increase to income tax expense related to the enactment of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act ("Tax Act") in December 2017 and $5.9 million of severance benefits and branch closure costs resulting from our plan to reduce operating expenses announced in December 2017.  Adjusted for the aforementioned items,...
