NEW YORK (Reuters) - United Continental Holdings Inc (NYSE: UAL) shares fell more than 6 percent in after-hours trading on Tuesday as the airline said it plans to increase capacity, likely threatening its profit margin as it is locked in a price war with low-cost carriers.

January 23, 2018 4:07 PM ESTUnited Continental (NYSE: UAL) reported Q4 EPS of $1.40, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $1.34. Revenue for the quarter came in at $9.44 billion versus the consensus estimate of $9.42 billion.
