Cousins Properties Announces Its Fourth Quarter 2017 Common Stock Dividend
December 19, 2017 4:15 PM ESTATLANTA, Dec. 19, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Cousins Properties Incorporated (NYSE: CUZ) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.06 per common share for the fourth quarter of 2017. The fourth quarter dividend will be payable January 12, 2018, to common shareholders of record on January 2, 2018. The $0.06 per share quarterly common dividend equates to $0.24 per share on an annualized basis. Â
