Denali Therapeutics Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
December 7, 2017 7:08 PM ESTSOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., Dec. 07, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Denali Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: DNLI) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 13,888,888 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $18.00 per share. In addition, the underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to 2,083,333 additional shares of common stock at the initial public offering price less underwriting discounts and commissions.
