Douglas Emmett Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend by 9%
December 7, 2017 4:07 PM ESTSANTA MONICA, Calif., Dec. 7, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Douglas Emmett, Inc. (NYSE: DEI), a real estate investment trust (REIT), announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on each share of its common stock of $0.25, or $1.00 on an annualized basis. The dividend will be paid on January 15, 2018 to shareholders of record as of December 29, 2017. This represents a 9% increase over the Company's 2017 quarterly dividend.
