CURO Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
December 7, 2017 8:00 AM ESTWICHITA, Kan.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CURO Group Holdings Corp. (CURO or the Company) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,666,667 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $14.00 per share. All of the common stock is being offered by CURO. CUROs common stock is expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange today, December 7, 2017, under the ticker symbol CURO.
