December 7, 2017 7:00 AM ESTBARRANQUILLA, Colombia, Dec. 07, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Tecnoglass, Inc. (NASDAQ: TGLS) ("Tecnoglass" or the "Company"), a leading manufacturer of architectural glass, windows, and associated aluminum products for the global commercial and residential construction industries, today announced the timing for the payment of its declared regular quarterly dividend of $0.14 per share for the fourth quarter of 2017.
