TECNOGLASS ANNOUNCES TIMING OF Regular Quarterly Dividend For Fourth Quarter 2017

BARRANQUILLA, Colombia, Dec. 07, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Tecnoglass, Inc. (NASDAQ: TGLS) ("Tecnoglass" or the "Company"), a leading manufacturer of architectural glass, windows, and associated aluminum products for the global commercial and residential construction industries, today announced the timing for the payment of its declared regular quarterly dividend of $0.14 per share for the fourth quarter of 2017. The dividend will be payable on January 26, 2018 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 29, 2017.
