Missouri Judge Upholds $110M Talcum Powder Jury Award Against Johnson & Johnson (JNJ)
November 30, 2017 10:56 AM ESTA Missouri judge has upheld the $110 million jury award to a Virginia woman who claimed that decades of daily use of Johnson & Johnson's (NYSE: JNJ) talcum powder products caused her ovarian cancer.
After a review of post-trial evidence, Judge Rex M. Burlison of the 22nd Judicial Circuit Court has ruled that proper jurisdiction can be established in the state based on the significant role played by Union, Missouri-based PharmaTech in the processing, labeling, packaging and distribution of Johnson's Baby Powder and Shower to Shower products. Microsoft (MSFT) Declares $0.42 Quarterly Dividend; 2% Yield
November 29, 2017 6:47 PM ESTMicrosoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.42 per share, or $1.68 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on March 8, 2018, to stockholders of record on February 15, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of February 14, 2018.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2 percent.
