Group 1 Automotive Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend
November 9, 2017 7:07 AM ESTHOUSTON, Nov. 9, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Group 1 Automotive, Inc. (NYSE: GPI), ("Group 1" or the "Company"), an international, Fortune 500 automotive retailer, today announced that its board of directors declared a cash dividend of $0.25 per share for the third quarter of 2017.  The dividend, which represents an increase of 4.2 percent, or $0.01 per share, from the second quarter of 2017, will be payable on December 15, 2017, to stockholders of record as of December 1, 2017.
