Ladder Capital Corp Announces 5% Cash Dividend Increase to Holders of Class A Common Stock For Fourth Quarter 2017
November 7, 2017 4:15 PM ESTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ladder Capital Corp (Ladder or the Company) (NYSE: LADR) today announced the declaration by its Board of Directors of a fourth quarter 2017 cash dividend of $0.315 per share of Class A common stock, a 5% increase in Ladders recurring quarterly cash dividend. The cash dividend is payable on January 3, 2018 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 11, 2017.
