Entercom Communications (ETM) Confirms Settlement with DOJ, Clearing Path for Merger with CBS Radio

Entercom Communications Corp. (NYSE: ETM) today announced a series of agreements in connection with its pending merger with CBS Radio Inc. (CBS Radio), including:
