Federal Realty Investment Trust Announces Third Quarter 2017 Operating Results
November 1, 2017 4:10 PM EDTROCKVILLE, Md., Nov. 1, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Federal Realty Investment Trust (NYSE: FRT) today reported operating results for its third quarter ended September 30, 2017. Highlights of the quarter and recent activity include:
Generated earnings per diluted share of $1.47 for the quarter compared to $0.82 in third quarter 2016. Generated FFO per diluted share of $1.50 for the quarter compared to $1.41 in third quarter 2016.
