Loma Negra Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
October 31, 2017 8:05 PM EDTBUENOS AIRES, Argentina--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Loma Negra C.I.A.S.A. (NYSE: LOMA) (BYMA: LOMA), (Loma Negra or the Company), the leading cement producer in Argentina, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 50,200,000 American Depositary Shares (ADSs), representing 251,000,000 ordinary shares of the Company at $19.00 per ADS. Of these, 6,000,000 ADSs were offered by the Company and 44,200,000 ADSs were offered by the selling shareholder, Loma Negra Holding GmbH.
