Sonic Declares Quarterly Dividend
October 26, 2017 4:05 PM EDTOKLAHOMA CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Sonic Corp. (NASDAQ: SONC), the nation's largest chain of drive-in restaurants, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per share of common stock to be paid to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 8, 2017, with a payment date of November 17, 2017. In addition to the dividend, the company has a share repurchase authorization for up to $160 million of its common stock through August 31, 2018.
