Westamerica Bancorporation Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend
October 26, 2017 1:22 PM EDTSAN RAFAEL, Calif., Oct. 26, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Westamerica Bancorporation (NASDAQ: WABC) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.40 per share on common stock outstanding to shareholders of record at the close of business November 6, 2017. Â The dividend is payable November 17, 2017.
Chairman, President and CEO David Payne stated, This increase in our quarterly dividend recognizes Westamericas financial strength and conservative risk profile, and brings 2017s annual dividend to $1.57 per common share. Westamericas annual dividend has increased in each of the last 28 years.
