Owens Corning (OC) Announces Acquisition of Paroc Group for ~$1.047B
October 30, 2017 5:39 AM EDTOwens Corning (NYSE: OC) today announced that it has signed an agreement with CVC Capital Partners to acquire Paroc Group for an enterprise value of approximately 900 million. The transaction, which is subject to regulatory approvals and other customary conditions, is anticipated to close in early 2018.
Paroc is a leading European manufacturer of high-performance mineral wool insulation solutions for a variety of end markets. Paroc manufactures building insulation for thermal, fire and acoustic applications in residential and commercial construction.
