Bank of Marin Bancorp Reports Earnings of $5.1 Million
October 23, 2017 8:00 AM EDTNOVATO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Bank of Marin Bancorp, "Bancorp" (NASDAQ: BMRC), parent company of Bank of Marin, "Bank," announced earnings of $5.1 million in the third quarter of 2017, compared to $5.2 million in the second quarter of 2017 and $7.0 million in the third quarter of 2016. Diluted earnings per share were $0.83 in the third quarter of 2017, compared to $0.84 in the prior quarter and $1.14 in the same quarter last year. Earnings for the first nine months of 2017 totaled $14.9 million, compared to $17.4 million in the same period last year.
