Insteel Industries Announces Fourth Quarter And Fiscal 2017 Results And Declares Special Cash Dividend
October 19, 2017 6:30 AM EDTMOUNT AIRY, N.C., Oct. 19, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Insteel Industries, Inc. (NasdaqGS: IIIN) today announced financial results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended September 30, 2017. The Company also announced that its board of directors declared a special cash dividend of $1.00 per share on the Company's common stock payable on January 5, 2018 to shareholders of record as of December 20, 2017.
