United Security Bancshares Declares Increased Quarterly Cash Dividend
September 27, 2017 2:05 PM EDTFRESNO, Calif., Sept. 27, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- On September 26, 2017, the Board of Directors of United Security Bancshares (the "Company")(NASDAQ: UBFO), the parent company of United Security Bank (the "Bank"), declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share on the Company's common stock, an increase from $0.05 per share. The dividend is payable on October 19, 2017, to shareholders of record as of October 10, 2017.
