Worthington Industries (WOR) Declares $0.21 Quarterly Dividend; 1.8% Yield; Board Authorizes Additional Buyback Up to 6.83M Shares

The dividend will be payable on December 29, 2017, to stockholders of record on December 15, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of December 14, 2017.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.8 percent.
