Northrop Grumman (NOC) Nears Deal to Acquire Orbital ATK (OA) - WSJ
September 18, 2017 5:50 AM EDTNorthrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) is near a deal to acquire Orbital ATK (NYSE: OA) for more than $7.5 billion, the Wall Street Journal reported citing people familiar with the matter.
A deal could be announced Monday, the report said.
