Old Republic's Board Of Directors Declares Third Quarter 2017 Cash Dividend, And Reports On Corporate Governance Matters
August 24, 2017 4:02 PM EDTCHICAGO, Aug. 24, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Old Republic International Corporation (NYSE: ORI) today announced the following decisions taken by the Board of Directors at its regularly scheduled quarterly meeting.
The Board declared a quarterly cash dividend payment on the Company's common stock of 19 cents per share. This dividend is payable September 15, 2017 to shareholders of record on September 5, 2017.
