U.S. Silica (SLCA) Appoints Diane Duren to Board

U.S. Silica Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: SLCA) today announced that it has appointed Diane K. Duren to its Board of Directors. The election of Duren increases the size of the Company's Board to six members.
