Company Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.30 Per Share

MOBILE, Ala.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CPSI (NASDAQ: CPSI):

Highlights for Second Quarter 2017:

Revenues of $67.7 million; Record quarterly bookings of $33.7 million; Record quarterly TruBridge bookings of $8.7 million; GAAP earnings of $0.11 per diluted share and non-GAAP earnings of $0.43 per diluted share; GAAP net income of $1.6 million and Adjusted EBITDA of $13.2 million; and Quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share.
