Federal Realty Announces REIT Dividend Milestone with 50th Annual Rate Increase
July 31, 2017 6:14 PM EDTROCKVILLE, Md., July 31, 2017 /PRNewswire/ --Â Federal Realty Investment Trust (NYSE: FRT) announced today the approval by its Board of Trustees of an increase in the regular dividend rate on its common shares to $1.00 per share per quarter resulting in an annualized dividend rate of $4.00 per share.
