Aaron's (AAN) Acquires its Largest Franchisee for $140M, Sees Accretive in 2017
July 28, 2017 7:02 AM EDTAaron's, Inc. (NYSE: AAN) announced that it has acquired substantially all of the assets of its largest franchisee, SEI/Aaron's, Inc., in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $140 million, which was paid with cash-on-hand. Aaron's expects the transaction to be accretive to earnings in 2017.
