WEX Inc. Reports Second Quarter 2017 Financial Results

Total Revenue for the Quarter Increased 30%

SOUTH PORTLAND, Maine--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- WEX Inc. (NYSE: WEX), a leading provider of corporate payment solutions, today reported financial results for the three months ended June 30, 2017.

Second Quarter 2017 Financial Results

Total revenue for the second quarter of 2017 increased 30% to $303.9 million from $233.9 million for the second quarter of 2016. During the quarter, higher fuel prices positively impacted revenue by $8.1 million when compared to the prior year period.
