Ashford Trust Declares Dividends For Second Quarter Of 2017
June 14, 2017 8:01 AM EDTDALLAS, June 14, 2017 /PRNewswire/ --Â Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc. (NYSE: AHT) ("Ashford Trust" or the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per diluted share for the Company's common stock for the second quarter ending June 30, 2017. The dividend, which equates to an annual rate of $0.48 per share, is payable on July 17, 2017, to shareholders of record as of June 30, 2017.Â
