Xactly Announces Preliminary Financial Results for First Quarter Fiscal 2018
May 30, 2017 8:05 AM EDTSAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Xactly (NYSE: XTLY), a leading provider of cloud-based incentive solutions, today provided preliminary financial results for the first quarter fiscal 2018 ended April 30, 2017.
For the first quarter fiscal 2018, total revenue is expected to be approximately $24.6 million and subscription revenue is expected to be approximately $19.5 million. Calculated billings are expected to be in the range of $25.3 million to $25.5 million for the quarter. Xactly Enters Into Definitive Agreement to be Acquired by Vista Equity Partners
May 30, 2017 8:00 AM EDTSAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Xactly (NYSE: XTLY), a leading provider of cloud-based incentive solutions, today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Vista Equity Partners (Vista), a leading private equity firm focused on investments in software, data and technology-enabled businesses.
Under the terms of the agreement, affiliates of Vista will acquire all outstanding shares of Xactly common stock for a total value of approximately $564 million.
