Cracker Barrel Reports Results for Third Quarter Fiscal 2017, Raises Full-Year Earnings Guidance, Increases Quarterly Dividend and Declares Special Dividend

Third Quarter Fiscal 2017 Highlights
Operating income margin as a percent of total revenue increased 60 basis points over the prior year quarter to 10.2%. Earnings per diluted share were $1.95, compared to GAAP earnings per diluted share of $2.04 in the prior year quarter.
