PepsiCo Declares Quarterly Dividend
May 2, 2017 5:44 PM EDTPURCHASE, N.Y., May 2, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of PepsiCo, Inc. (NYSE: PEP) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.8050 per share of PepsiCo common stock, a 7.0 percent increase versus the comparable year-earlier period. Today's action is consistent with PepsiCo's previously announced increase in its annualized dividend to $3.22 per share from $3.01 per share, beginning with the June 2017 payment. This dividend is payable on June 30, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 2, 2017. PepsiCo has paid consecutive quarterly cash dividends since 1965, and 2017 marks the company's 45th consecutive annual dividend increase.Â
